Our fee structure is different from that of a traditional executive recruiter or headhunter. Stop paying 35-50 % commission on salary based on a lumbering and process-heavy approach, serving up candidates the recruiter does not know. Instead, each engagement we accept is $30,000 with ½ due up front, and the remainder paid once a position is filled. We limit placements to 6 searches per year.
